Orders are arranged on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, delivery charges and your payment method before accepting an order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the quantity ordered. We aim to keep rates reasonable and confirm the exact delivery charge and complete total on WhatsApp before you agree to an order.

Delivery location and timing

Share your delivery location on WhatsApp. We will confirm whether delivery is available, the courier and estimated timing before your order is dispatched.

Payment options

We accept cash on delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and Meezan Bank transfer. Confirm your chosen payment method and the total on WhatsApp. Transfer details are shared directly by Chaand Collection; this website does not collect payment.

Open and check your parcel

You may open your parcel and check the items when receiving your order. We arrange this with the courier before dispatch; confirm the inspection arrangement with us on WhatsApp before your order is sent.

Order confirmation

Adding items to your bag or preparing a WhatsApp message does not confirm an order. Your order is accepted after we agree the item details, total, delivery and payment arrangements with you.

A clear total before you pay

Your bag shows the subtotal for listed item prices and excludes delivery. We confirm the quantity-based delivery charge and complete order total on WhatsApp before you agree to an order. Ask us to clarify any amount you do not understand.

Check the details before dispatch

Review the product name, colour, size, quantity, delivery address and contact number in your order conversation. If a detail needs correcting, contact us before dispatch so we can discuss whether it can still be changed.

Choose confidently before ordering

Need more product images or information about the fabric? Ask us on WhatsApp before confirming your order. Your satisfaction matters more to us than rushing a sale.
